If we make a mistake, we will correct it. PLEASE email us. Include a picture and phone number for quicker help. We do not exchange or return custom orders (names, dates, shirts specifically ordered in for you.) so please use the size and color guide inside the listings. Customer service is open Monday-Friday from 7AM to 4PM. However we do our best to return emails after hours and on weekends. If you make a mistake on an order, you will pay for return shipping. If we make a mistake, we will pay for it.
Sizing details
There is a manufactured size and color guide in the listing. Please be sure you read the guide & choose correctly. Please email us ahead of time with sizing questions. We hand make all of our items to order so please use the picture guides. Unisex/Men sizing runs bigger so in unisex/mens shirts be sure to order a size down if you want it more fitted. We suggest washing and drying all of our items in cool temperatures and not using fabric softener as it does destroy clothing over time. Our designs should outlast the garment. Many of our customers do wash and dry in warm/hot temperatures including us but we recommend cool and all washing machines and dryers are different.

FREE shipping inside the USA SHOULD arrive in 3-6 business days from the time the item ships. (about 2 weeks from ordering). Outside the USA depends on customs.
